If you are trying to upgrade your account for the first time and the payment is declined, your transaction will not be completed and you will have to try again later or with another credit card. 

If your payment is declined during a subscription renewal, we will retry your card 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days after our previous attempt (15 days total). After the third retry, we will freeze your account until a successful payment is made.
